This Store Opened with a Studio C Cappa. The Chuck E. Bot Originally wore the Cool Chuck Outfit, Then in the Late 2000's/Early 2010's The Chuck E Bot was given the Avenger Shirt and Shorts, But he kept the Red Cool Chuck Hat until September 2013 when it would be removed, Sometime in the Late 2010's, The Chuck E Bot would be Given the Rockstar Outfit, The Studio C Blue screen would then be removed in the Early 2020's, The Stage would remain like this until Closure. As of July 2024, It is Unknown what happened to the Chuck E Bot and the Pizza Time Clock after Hagerstown's Closure

Hagerstown Maryland opened on July 28, 2005 with the 2005 update to the 2003 'Cool Chuck' Reconfiguration / Major Remodel Initiative (CEC 2005 Remodel Program), which included Mid 2000's Decor, Skytubes (Known as Chuck E's Clubhouse during this time), This Location is also the First Location to have a Studio C Cappa/Beta Mix stage, The Skytubes were removed sometime in 2020 due to COVID, Hagerstown would remain like this until it's closure on April 7, 2024
