Jackson, TN (2021 North Highland Ave) #667 originally opened up on July 30, 2003 as a Chuck E. Cheese’s^[1] and would close on November 23, 2025, as a Chuck E. Cheese’s.^[2]

History

2000’s

The Jackson, TN, Chuck E. Cheese’s opened July 29, 2003, inside of Old Hickory Mall in the former Blockbuster space^[3]. The store featured an Studio C Cappa (Mirror), New Games, Decor from the SPT 1990's Remodel Program. It would have a grand opening celebration featuring a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting at 9a.m.^[1]

2010’s

Between 2008 and 2012 Jackson would replace its Cool Chuck attire with the full Avenger Chuck attire. In 2012, Jackson would recieve the CEC 2000's Remodel Program during the remodel the Studio C Cappa would be relocated across the store. During the relocation the blue screen camera would be removed. In mid 2016 to early 2017 the store recieved full rockstar attire for the Chuck E. Cheese 16m (Animatronic). In 2017 Skytubes In late 2019 the Rockstar shirt would be replaced with the Avenger shirt. ^[4]

2020’s

March 2020 would mark the store’s temporary closing due to COVID-19. As early as July 2020, the store would re-open.^[5]. Between 2021 and 2022 the bluescreen would be painted black. Between 2023 and 2024 one of the TVs and one bar of lights above the former bluescreen would be removed.^[4] The store would also be in the Low Volume Store Initiative at some time with just the reduced hours portion.^[5]

In January 2025 the Trampoline Zone, Chuck E. Cheese and Mr. Munch Trampoline Zone posters would be installed^[6]. On November 9, 2025 it would be announced on Facebook via ‘What’s Happening In Jackson TN?’ that the Jackson, TN Chuck E. Cheese’s would be closing on November 23, 2025 it was stated ‘…the only way you can book a party is by going inside the store to speak with management since they can no longer book online or by phone’^[2]
