Filming Locations
Segments not filmed on location are filmed at MPS Studios, an exception to this is the the CEC TV Intro, which was filmed inside Dept 18. at the ShowBiz Pizza Time Corporate Office. This show is completely filmed in the DFW area.
- ‘Hold On’ was filmed at the now closed Americas Ice Garden.
- ‘I Thank You’ was filmed at Leonhardt Lagoon Nature Walk, The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, and N Market St.
- ‘I’ll Take You There’ was filmed at the NRH2O Family Water Park.

Studio C Floppy:
When inserting the upgrade floppy, a message would appear on the screen saying “ SEPTEMBER 2003 SHOW UPDATE FINISHED. ECHO CYBERSTAR PROGRAM HAS ALSO BEEN UPGRADED TO VERSION 1.30 ECHO QUESTIONS? CONCERNS? CALL 972-258-5613. ECHO REMOVE FLOPPY DISK AND RESET (REBOOT) THE COMPUTER.". A version 1.01 floppy was also released which fixed an issue with the show audio. When inserting the v1.01 upgrade floppy, a message would appear on the screen saying " SEPTEMBER 2003 SHOW UPDATE FINISHED (VERSION 1.01). SHOW AUDIO SHOULD NOW OPERATE AS NORMAL. CYBERSTAR PROGRAM HAS ALSO BEEN UPGRADED TO VERSION 1.30 QUESTIONS? CONCERNS? CALL 972-258-5613. REMOVE FLOPPY DISK AND RESET (REBOOT) THE COMPUTER."
Trivia
- The logo shown on the monitor held by Chuck E. between songs is from the Existing Stage version of January 2001 Show. The last few seconds of ‘Larger Than Life’ can also be seen before the logo appears.
- The countdowns in intermission 1 and 3 reuse music from the August 1997 Show.
- Some of the stock footage in intermission 2’s countdown previously appeared in the September 2002 Show.
- Chuck E’s curtains close during ‘I Will Survive’ on all versions, as well as Pasqually’s on the 3-stage version. Chuck E’s curtains also close during ‘Respect’ on the Studio C version.
- ‘Chuck E. Shuffle’ and ‘Go Santa Go’ appear on the Studio C DVDs but could not be played.
